Նյույորքաբնակ թուրքերը, ապրիլի 24-ին ընդառաջ, հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ժխտող և այլ հակահայ գործողություններ են իրականացնում: Ամերիկյան մամուլը հաղորդում է, որ դրանցից մեկը տեղի է ունեցել օրերս. տասնյակ երիտասարդներ, ամերիկյան պարող խմբի ուղեկցությամբ հավաքվել են Բրուքլին նշանավոր կամրջի հարևանությամբ և թուրքական նշաններով շապիկներ հագած, պարերի միջոցով հակահայ կոչեր են հնչեցրել: Երիտասարդները նաև հատուկ սարքի միջոցով գրություններ են գրել Մանհեթենի երկնքում:

Գրություններից մեկը Աթաթուրքի նշանավոր խոսքն է՝ «Երջանիկ է այն մարդը, որը կասի, թե թուրք է ծնվել»:
