In many ways, September has always felt like the beginning of a New Year to me.
Perhaps it comes from childhood, when summer holidays came to an end and the new school year began. Or perhaps it is more personal now: with AMAA’s fiscal year ending in July, August becoming a time for summer rest, and September bringing us back together to pursue our goals with renewed energy and purpose.
We all want to feel that we are growing, especially as we look ahead to a new year. But sometimes, growth is not about moving forward or adding something new. Sometimes, growth is about becoming more grounded in the path we have already chosen.
This September, there may not have been new hires or a wave of promotions, but there was something equally meaningful: a growing sense of conviction. A deeper clarity about where we are going, and a greater resolve to see our objectives through.
As big milestones are achieved… As we navigate challenges, learning and growing through them… As we embark on dreams that sometimes feel much bigger than us…
One thing remains constant: our faith in a God who guides our every step. And in many ways, that is enough to keep moving forward.
Thank you, dear supporter, for also accompanying us on this journey.
With gratitude,
